Same day dispatch

Place an order before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will ship your product the same day. 

Shipping

All shipping within Australia is sent as an authority to leave parcels, with no signature required. This means the courier will leave your parcel at home if it is safe to do so, without having to knock on your door.

We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer all our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@unrealskin.com.au with the details of why are unsatisfied with the product, your booking number (if purchased online) or proof of purchase so that we can resolve any issues. 

Refunds will be offered within 5 business days of us receiving the product. We recommend that you return the product with registered postage, as you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Unreal Skin Pty Ltd are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels for any returns.
