Our Product Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. We use them ourselves, every damn day. So we go through hard-core testing to ensure we are only recommending the best products to our people. We follow a robust process to release products, ensuring they are safe and aligned with our brand ethos.

1. Concept creation

We live the products we create, which are often born from our own experiences with life, skincare, and everything in between. Our team develop the idea, consider the type of product, and what it will look and feel like. Lots of brain power goes into this stage to ensure the new product is aligned with our values and brand ethos, and it will be loved by all our people! 

2. Lab formulation, with specialist chemists

We engage with qualified chemists and formulators to share our vision and concept for the new product. Our team works closely with highly qualified chemists to curate formulas ensuring that quality is paramount. During this stage, we go through full stability testing to ensure our product is safe!

3. Product trials

We trial our products ourselves and with our product samplers! We are intense in our product trials, getting our harshest critics to provide every inch of feedback possible. This feedback is filtered back to the lab (and in some instances, we repeat stage 2, again, and again to get it right). Until the product is approved!

4. Production

We are on here. Production is scaled up and we are manufacturing. We complete full batch and stability testing on each batch we produce to ensure we can put our hands on our hearts and say with confidence “this product is unreal”.
